My day job

So many of you don't know, but I just so happen to be a photographer with a day job. I recently started working at the University of Phoenix as an enrollment counselor and this job is RIPPING! Pretty much I am surrounded by a bunch of extroverts all day which makes this guy HAPPY :) Especially compared to my last day job where it was... whats the word? Oh yes, DULL :) I have always seen education as a vital asset and one that most people need... there are the Bill Gates's out there that can earn their billions without much more than a high school diploma, but even our dear friend Mr. Gates went back to school to get a degree... that's gotta count for something! So here I am, loving life; I get to shoot brides and grooms on the weekend and capture the biggest day of their lives, I get to counsel students and encourage them all the way through to their degree, I get to be a father in about 3 months (I just realized how close it 'actualy' is... SCARY!! :), and I have the most wonderful wife a guy could ask for. And did i mention a FREE education that I get as an employee??? Life is SO good... :)

So to celebrate our graduating from training, a few co-workers and I went out for drinks to Four Peaks Brewery... this place is GREAT if you're looking for a unique place to hang out at! Here's a couple shots from yesterday night.

Meet Jeremy, our training class president... doesn't mean he gets paid more, but it's merely for bragging rights :)
