Andrew Jade Photography: San Diego LOVE

Emily and I (and Temple) just came back from Pennsylvania yesterday and we are definitely happy to be home! We love traveling but it is nice to get back home and get back into a routine. We were in PA for 5 days or so and before that we were in San Diego visiting friends for almost a week. Our trip out to SD was awesome as usual... this was Temple's first road trip and she did sooo great! She slept most of the time both ways and only got fussy as we were nearing our destination.

I was very excited to get to show Temple off to our friends in San Diego and they were excited to see her too (even though Bobby will not admit to it :). She especially took to Lindsay! If you know Temple, you know that she gets this look on her face where she is seriously studying the thing that she is looking at... you know the face :P No joke, she stared at Lindsay for 45 minutes at the dinner table and wouldn't stop, it was hilarious!

She also was grabbing Lindsay's hand and shoving it straight into her mouth... I think this is a phase :)

Bobby and I are hanging out at Valentina's (this amazing Mexican Restaurant) when Em calls. "Can I get Temple's ears pierced?" She asks... "Sure." I said. "You don't mind?"... I respond "I'm cool as long as I don't have to be there to watch her scream her head off." She actually did fine, cried for 2 seconds and then hasn't noticed them since. So Em gets her ears pierced and now she is officially (according to the experts) the cutest child possible...

We also went to the same beach where I proposed to Emily... besides, I think it is illegal to go to San Diego without going to the beach. Being the law-abiding citizens that we are, we were much obliged to spend some time with our friends and enjoy some nice southern Californian weather before we made our trip back to Phoenix.

Emily and Temple hung out a lot... They really like hanging out together, I think. :)

Temple also loves her Bumbo... This picture is rad! She's posing and then James walks by... Looks like she's saying "Hey! What gives man?"

I stacked some rocks which I now call Stone Whispering... James tried but his stones weren't good enough to blog about :)

This is my earthy and spiritual stone whisperer shot...

Deb is very preggo and wanted to prepare herself for having little Jack (her and James' son is still cooking in the oven) so she spent a good amount of time feeding Temple and changing Temple's diapers and holding Temple as she cried... It was fun to watch :-)
