Temple loves her hands up by her face :)
So we piled all of our stuff into the car, as well as our curious little princess (a cliche nickname, I know... I am still trying to figure out a good one to call her :), and headed off to Em's parents place for the Superbowl! I always thought that I would have to stay home the entire time with a new baby, but surprisingly she does well among a lot of noise and being passed around a dozen people. We, of course, were exhausted, but there was no way I was going to miss the Superbowl :)
Temple slept a huge 7 hours her first night home, didn't hardly stir a wink... the last couple nights we have been a bit less fortunate, but it comes with the territory :P. She is as aware of what is going on around her as 3 month old, always looking around and curious as to what is going on. Between today and yesterday, we have had SO many people come over or get together with us.
Esther and Abby came over to hang out with us yesterday
Mom with Temple at the park in the sun... sunshine rays keeps the jaundice away :)
Of course Abby is still one of my favorite people to shoot pics of, for obvious reasons :-)
My sis-in-law Hahna made this hat for Temple
You take what sleep you get... most of the day I feel unrested because our sleep is broken up into a few hours at a time.
Tio Gabe came over for some din din and some Temple...
This morning before our doctors appointment.
Ten bucks says Temple is tired of being stripped down to her diaper and thrown on a weight scale. The doctors office was freakin noisy and cramped, we will not be going back THERE again... we will be finding one on our side of town... Anyone know of a good pediatrician on thee west side of town?
On the way to lunch, stopped by at Thatcher CPA for so face time with Grandpa :)
My poor Aunt Sheila hadn't had the chance to see Temple until TODAY... she was, needless to say, thrilled and loves my little girl more than her little chihuahua Buttercup even though she won't admit it :)
And my dad has been feeling sick so he hasn't been able to hold Temple until today either... she loves her Papa.
So as you can see, we have been carting her around like a backpack, it's no wonder she sleeps so much :-).
