MY MOMMA

This weekend we are celebrating my (Emily) mom's birthday. I am not going to tell you how old she is turning... but she looks AMAZING for her age! I wanted to write a little blog about her just because she is amazing and anyone that knows her thinks she is amazing too. She is not only the best mom I could have ever asked for, she is also my best friend. Although, things have changed since Temple came around. You see, Temple is her first grandbaby, so she is pretty much addicted to her. What used to be good mother/daughter time is now "What is Temple doing?", or "When can I see Temple?" or "Are you bringing Temple over too?" :) I don't blame her... I cannot get enough of Temple either. And truthfully, I cannot get enough of my mom either. So everything is perfect when all 3 of us are together. Plus I LOVE to see them together... my mom has a way with Temple thats just so precious. I could watch the two of them for hours.

So CHEERS to an incredible woman who birthed and raised five babies, still loves her husband desperately after 25+ years, is best friends with all of her children, is respected by many, is an amazing counselor, and who faithfully loves her God. I love you momma. :) Happy Birthday.
