Temple's first trip to the theatre!

It's always fun watching kids have their first experiences... actually, their first GOOD experiences, I'm not talking about their first time getting stitches or their first time burning their hand on the stove :). Well we wanted to go see the new movie Despicable Me and since we didn't have a baby sitter we took Temple with us. We probably would've taken her anyways because we wanted to see how she did. By the way, this movie is REALLY good! A great mix of a unique story line, great soundtrack, and heart warming moments followed by ridiculously funny scenes. I don't know that it was entirely appropriate for young kids, but it was pretty funny.

This is Gru who is the main character, for those of you who haven't already seen the movie, played by Steve Carell.

Temple was good most of the time until towards the end she decided she wanted to start talking and making loud noises just because she could :). She did just fine, which was awesome!

It was dark in the theatre but you can see she was thoroughly fixated on the screen... She LOVES movies!

We all had a lot of fun... except for the overpriced goods that they charge you for there... That's the last time I spend $4 on a little bag of M&Ms :) Happy Wednesday everyone!
