Day Trip to Congress

Things are getting crazy in the Fleming household as we are gearing up for this next wedding season (continue to look for lots of engagement shoots and wedding pictures very soon), and we are so thrilled that the heat of the summer is almost over so we can get out and take more pictures! This season will be fun because we have the raddest brides ever, oh! and my older brother is finally getting married too! :)

So, until then... most of our blogging is going to be about my favorite subject: Temple! ;)
Yesterday, Temple and I decided to get out of the heat and drive up to Congress, Arizona to visit my grandpa. If you do not know where Congress is, it is north of Wickenburg and about 45 minutes outside of Prescott. We nabbed my younger sister Hahna, and took her with us too. The weather was BEAUTIFUL! It was about 93 degrees outside (only if you live in AZ will you APPRECIATE 93 degrees!) with a cold breeze and eventually started storming and pouring rain! We were in heaven!

During the drive to Congress, we found ourselves in COMPLETE desert for about 30 minutes... I was so confused thinking "there are no houses out here! Where am I going?!" But soon we found a little pocket of a town with one Mercantile shop, one bank, one grocery store, and lots of horses. :) All of the buildings (the 4 that there were) were really old and country style. It made for some fun shots!

Then we went to visit my Grandma Kathy's baby, Gracie May:

This was Temple's first time EVER seeing a horse and she was very excited. I had to teach her to be gentle and pet (She wanted to hit the horse):

Tata (My grandpa) just adored Temple and her pudgy cheeks.

Grandma Kathy couldn't get enough of her either. :)

Hahna and I ran off to explore while the grandparents played with Temple
