A Wedding Post: Jake & Danielle

It has taken me a while to finish Danielle and Jake's pictures because there were so many that I liked and wanted to post that I couldn't just put them into a slideshow without giving them some more 'blog love' :)

A little bit about the couple if I may... To get an idea about Jake and Danielle, you have to see how they are together and how much Jake adores his girls; his daughter, Dawnie, and his now wife Danielle. Jake is a pretty quiet individual from appearances sake. At first glimpse he doesn't say much and let's Danielle do most of the talking :). Danielle says he is a lot more talkative when it's the two of them :D. The funny thing is that for all of Jake's tough exterior, he is smitten with Danielle and would do anything for Dawnie. He is a very loving father and I definitely appreciate that, being a father myself.

Danielle can be a hard person to figure out; she doesn't wear her emotions on her sleeve, so sometimes it is hard to know what she is thinking :) On the contrary, she is a very balanced person and is definitely the extravert of the relationship! ;)

There are 2 camps when it comes to attraction; those who say opposites attract and those who say things in common help keep the relationship strong. I am always so amazed to see 2 people who are so different fall in love and share a marriage together. Emily and I are night and day, yet we found each other and make it work despite our differences. I cannot say that I am solely in one camp or the other, but think that both work with commitment and compassion and a willingness to compromise ones desires (not ones morals, but wishes). Jake and Danielle are another example of opposites attracting and making it work. I wish you guys decades of happiness, joy, and a lifetime of committed love! God bless you both :)

This was a great moment; one of Jake's grooms men got up, took the mic, and started dancing and singing to 'I Like Big Butts'... everyone was rolling :)
