365 days later...

Our little girl is already 1! It's such a weird thing to think that it's only been a year ago since Emily was giving birth to our little girl... It's funny that I cannot even remember what life was like before Temple. It's this vague closet of memories that is hard to tap into... I remember us hanging out at our apartment, watching movies, hanging out with friends ever so often, just usual stuff. But most of it is this blur and I just cannot remember.

We had such an amazing birthing experience (click here if you want to check it out, pictures included! ;) and we are getting all geared up for baby boy Fleming... Once again, time is flying by super fast and we are only 2 months away from our little boy arriving... CRAZY!!!

Anyway, Temple's birthday was on Sunday and we wanted to get some cute pictures of her for her birthday... let me start out by saying this did not go so well :). The interesting thing about 1 year olds is that they don't really care if you want really cute pictures of them, they are going to throw a fit if they want to and that is that... well, that's what happened and it kind of turned into a bit of a nightmare... BUT... we did get some pretty cute pics of our girl between her tantrums and rants. :) We bought her a new birthday girl tutu and a hair bow :D Check it out...

Gotta have at least one picture of 'reality' :) And honestly, I still think that she is so cute when she is crying... I mean, look at that lower lip. Who could help not smiling and going"Ohhhhh" to a face like that :)

And THIS, my friends, was the one picture that made the whole thing worth it... Just ONE that we can frame and say years from now, "Look how cute our little girl was... She was always so happy and never cried and yada yada yada" :)
