To start off, Jared is my brother-in-law (Em's brother). I have known Jared for quite a few years now and have always been a fan of his :). It's not too often that I run into people who have my same sense of humor here in Phoenix, and Jared is about as close as it gets to making me roll on the floor laughing. One of the wittiest guys I know, by far.
So one year for mother's day we did something over at the in-law's house for Mama Thatcher and the whole family was there. AND... Jared decided to bring a special little someone whom he 'said' was just a friend ;) in fact, he even brought this 'friend's' daughter, Isabelle. We all thought "huh..."... and that was about it... UNTIL... we heard that he was starting to get romantically attached to this 'friend' of his :) Her name happened to be Kylee and she was alright, I guess ;)
So months go by and this 'thing' becomes pretty serious and they start talking marriage and the whole nine yards. At this point, Kylee and Isabel have already become part of the family. We were all thinking "Jared, you better not screw this thing up, we like them too much!" :D You may remember the engagement photo session we did with them a few months ago (check it out HERE). The rest is history; Kylee said yes, of course, and we have worked our way up to now when they have finally tied the knot and taken that first step into 'til death do us part'.
As for Kylee, I couldn't be happier to have her as part of the family (and I say this for the WHOLE family as well). She is such a blast to be around and we love her and Isabelle to death! Not only do we have a new sister, but also a new niece as well (love you, Iz :).
