Mini Family Photo Session! The Lee Family :)

Robynn, Robert and their son Landon are the first ones that we have shot a mini family photo session for! They were creative and brought a few props, which *HINT HINT* for those of you who have mini sessions booked with us, props are a good idea! :) This gives us something to work with and we can get our creative photographic juices going :D.

A quick word on props to give you some guidelines; Get as creative as you like! Make sure the props work for your family; if your son plays baseball or some other kind of sport and you want to throw in a ball and glove, this is a good prop. If you want to have shots in a field, it might be fun to bring a unique looking chair or a blanket and some other things that will look cool in the photographs, yet also fit in naturally with what we are shooting. Or if you want some goofy shots, bring goofy props. So there you go ;)

We loved the chair idea but Landon just wouldn't sit in it :) Still, it's a fun detail!

This was classic; one of Landon's balloons popped and he was pretty cutt up about it. Robynn showed him that there were plenty of other balloons and he also had a lollipop in hand, so he eventually just moved on :)
