Temple Jade & Laeya Rivka

Last Friday was a fun day for Temple! She got to hang out with her best friend Laeya Rivka (we don't actually know if they consider themselves best friends, but when they are together, they are so cute so I decided that they are best friends) ALL day! Laeya & Temple have known each other since before they were born as Randi & I & our hubbys were in a birthing class together. Both girls were due on February 5th! So, I think Laeya and Temple were destined to be best friends. :) We shot some family pics of the Zailas a few months ago... check them out HERE.

We LOVE getting together with the Zaila family and especially love when both of our girls are happy and excited to play! Friday was one of those days. Randi and I took the girls to the Children's Museum of Phoenix, and then to the bookstore and then back to Laeya's house. Temple LOVES Laeya's house. Actually, I think she just loves Laeya's crib. Everytime we are over there, she naps in Laeya's crib and takes the best naps of her life!

You might have to be a mom to appreciate babies playing with other babies, but I LOVE to watch Temple interact with Laeya. Whether they are trying to suck on each other's hands, pushing each other over, or talking and smiling at one another, they are just so fun! Although, Randi and I have learned that if I am holding Laeya and Temple is watching me, or vise versa, our own babies are NOT happy. They want their own mommies all to themselves! It is amazing how much they know at just 4-5 months old!
